Common questions

Standard luggage is always fine. For oversized items like surfboards, bikes, golf clubs, or excess luggage, we have dedicated trailers. Just mention it when booking so we can bring the right vehicle.
For shuttle transfers, there's no minimum — we're happy to take individuals, couples, or large groups. For tours, we typically require a minimum of 8 passengers. Get in touch if your group is smaller and we'll see what we can do.
We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer. Payment can be made before or on the day of your trip — Lucy will discuss options with you when she calls to confirm.
We understand plans change. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your pickup receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, please contact us directly and we'll work something out — we're flexible and fair.
Yes! We have child seats and booster seats available on request. Just let us know when you book and we'll have the right seats fitted and ready. All buses have full seatbelts on every seat.
We have accessible vehicle options available. Please mention any accessibility requirements when booking so we can ensure the right vehicle is assigned to your trip. We want everyone to travel comfortably.
